When it comes to movies, the advertising poster is your porthole to what you can expect from the actual movie (or, what the studios want you to expect). One of the most popular genres is horror.
I miss the drawed posters, alltough a few studios do still good jobs for some of their movies like "Inglorious Basterds", "Grindhouse", "You will meet a tall dark stranger" or "I'm still here"...
i now expect the movie to have a hot chick bleeding. i want to see that movie now.
